Paroles de Fromagers
The Paris Cheese Museum is administered by Paroles de Fromagers Ltd, created at the end of 2013. Paroles de Fromagers, started by Pierre Brisson, began its activity by first providing professional training, giving cheese and wine tasting workshop and cheesemaking classes for the general public and tourism. In 2017, the adventure continued with the opening in Paris’s 10th arrondissement of a large educational place dedicated to the transmission of cheese-making know-how and a traditionnal cheese shop. in 2018, a second cheese shop openned in the XVth arrondissement.
Workshops
The organization of immersive activities around cheese, with public visits and tasting sessions, is an integral part of the company's vocation.
Professional training
The company's professional training activities have also expanded over the years, with many of today's leading cheesemakers having passed through the Paroles de Fromagers "school".
